At TagHauz, we handle your order with care and get it shipped out. Once it leaves our hands, it’s completely out of our control.

• TagHauz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are with the carrier.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot change it after shipping.

• By placing an order, you agree that all risk passes to the customer once the package leaves TagHauz.
